David was admitted to the Roll in 2020 after completing his training contract at Bude Nathan Iwanier. Having previously worked in the diamond trading sector for an international jewelry firm, David has developed his legal approach building on a rich and varied background in business and negotiation.
In the course of a relatively young career, David has already built up his own caseload and established a substantial client base in the London investment property market. David commands admiration for his speed of response in dealing with time-sensitive transactional matters, and for his meticulous yet common sense approach to giving legal advice.
To date, David has acted in complex and high-value conveyancing of both commercial and residential property, including all aspects of acquisitions, disposal and financing, as well as in most types of non-contentious Landlord & Tenant matters. Additionally, David has taken instructions in a number of more specialist fields, such as property disposals by charities, unusual SDLT issues, and claims for adverse possession of both registered and unregistered land.
David also has Higher Rights of Audience (civil proceedings), and is entitled to appear as an advocate before the High Court, the Court of Appeal and the Supreme Court.
